Franklin Templeton is using HireRight's online platform focused on candidate experience, called the Applicant Centre 2.0, to manage its background screening process centrally.

The asset management firm wanted to consolidate its efforts across the region to ensure better business and operational effectiveness by giving candidates a standardised, streamlined experience on an intuitive and digital platform.

This made Franklin Templeton search for a technologically advanced global background screening vendor that can provide a consistent level of service and support.

Because of its ability to integrate its screening platform with Taleo, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used by Franklin Templeton, HireRight became a good option for the firm.

HireRight was also able to allow accounts in the region to be configured according to what an employer believes works best for its screening programme in each market.

Through HireRight, Franklin Templeton has been able to consolidate their efforts across the region to ensure higher business and operational effectiveness.

This has been achieved by giving candidates a standardised, streamlined experience on an intuitive and digital platform.

HireRight has also been able to help Franklin Templeton manage the high level of compliance and privacy standards required of the financial services industry throughout the region.

Moreover, HireRight has enabled Franklin Templeton to educate candidates, who are undergoing background screening, through 'tip sheets' that act as a step-by-step guide on navigating the process of online declarations and document submissions.

"Besides streamlining and increasing the efficiency of our regional HR and recruiting processes, HireRight's technological edge in its system automation, as well as its upgraded web and mobile capabilities has truly enhanced our candidates' experience," said senior HR spokesperson for Franklin Templeton APAC, India & MENA (Middle East and Africa).
